At MyScoreboard, registered by Vladislav Polgar, Ovenecka 753/1, Prague 170 00, Czech Republic, ID No.: 06105025 (hereinafter referred to as “MyScoreboard“, “we“, “our” or “us“), we pay due attention to the protection of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data“). This document provides you with information about the processing of your Personal Data in connection with your use of www.myscoreboard.online. We process all Personal Data with the utmost attention to security and use appropriate available technical, procedural and organizational means to protect it. 1. Processing of Data
Our application allows users to create and manage a basic roster to track game scores. For this purpose, the application processes following data:
The First Name and Last Name of each player.
Name and Email address of the registered users. This Data is provided to us directly by you during the registration at https://www.myscoreboard.online/auth/register.php
Cookies. We use cookies to operate and administer our website and improve your experience on it. Cookies are small text files containing short data that can be stored on the user’s device when visiting a website. You can accept all or selected cookies or to reject all cookies via setting of your browser or cookie bar on the website through which you enter the website. Cookies may in some cases affect the display or function of a website or certain areas or features of a website. We also use Google Analytics that uses cookies to help us analyze how users use our website and enhance your experience when you use it.
Through cookies and analytics tools, we gather information from the following categories:
Log data, i.e., information that your browser automatically sends whenever you use our website. Log data includes your IP address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with our website;
Usage data, i.e., information about your use of the website, such as the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use and the actions you take, as well as your time zone, country, the dates and times of access, user agent and version, type of computer or mobile device, computer connection, IP address, and others;
Device information, i.e., name of the device, operating system, and browser you are using.
The above stated Personal Data are being processed by automated means. During our processing of your Personal Data, you are not subject to profiling and/or automated decision making with the exception referred to in the following sentence. Please note that we may use automated decision-making to determine whether your account should be terminated where your use of the Services involves offensive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or content. Where required by applicable law, you may have the right to request human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision.
MyScoreboard is the data processor of your Personal Data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).

2. Purpose of Processing
This minimal data is processed strictly to allow users to identify players, assign scores, and track team statistics within the application.
3. Data Minimization
In alignment with GDPR principles, we do not collect or store any other personal identifiers for players (such as contact information, dates of birth, or identification numbers) within the roster feature. We do not share any information of the registered users with any third parties and we do not use it for any marketing or sales purposes.
4. Legal Basis and Responsibility
The user, club or organization utilizing this application acts as the Data Controller for player rosters. Registered users must ensure that the collection and input of player names comply with their club’s privacy policies and that they have a valid legal basis (such as Legitimate Interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR or explicit Consent) to record this information.
5. Data Retention and Control
The User Name, User Email, User Password and Player names are stored securely and are only accessible to the registered users. This data will be retained only for as long as the user has an active account with our application, or until a user manually deletes the player from the roster. Players (or their legal guardians, if minors) retain the right to request the removal or correction of their names at any time by contacting their club coach or by reaching out to us directly at info@myscoreboard.online.
6. Your rights
Any data subject and other natural person whose Personal Data may be processed within the framework of the Services has the following rights which may be exercised at any time:
The right to access your Personal Data: if you wish to know whether, how and to what extent we are processing your personal data you have the right to require such information from us. If we are processing your Personal Data, you have the right to access your Personal Data. In cases of unjustified, disproportionate or repetitive requests we may be entitled to decline such request (this applies also to exercising your other rights below);
The right to rectification of your Personal Data: if you feel that we are processing your Personal Data which is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to require the rectification or completion of such personal data. We will do so without undue delay with regard to our technical capabilities;
The right to erasure of your Personal Data: in case you will request the erasure of your Personal Data we will do so where (i) the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you will object to the processing and no overriding reasons for the processing of such Personal Data exist or (iv) further processing of the Personal Data is not required by a provision of law;
The right to restriction of the processing of your Personal Data: where you will request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data we will make such data inaccessible, temporarily remove or retain the data or undertake other steps of processing which will be necessary in order to duly exercise your right;
The right to data portability: if you want us to hand over your Personal Data to a third party you can exercise your right to data portability. Where the exercise of this right would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons we are entitled to limit or refuse your request.
Right to withdraw consent: you have the right to withdraw your consent with processing of Personal Data at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the withdrawal.
The right to object: the right to object the processing of your Personal Data concerns any Personal Data processed for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority or for the purposes of our legitimate interests. Where we will not be able to provide a legitimate ground for the processing which overrides your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms we will terminate the processing of Personal Data on the basis of the objection without undue delay.
Right to obtain human intervention in case of automated decision making: in case of automated decision making, you have a right to obtain human intervention on our part and to express your point of view and to contest the decision.
